the amount of rush in the buses and trains in the peak hours in the chennai city is just cruel to bear for the public indeed. yes especially the gals ....wow....it s really an annoying and unfortunate case when u witness such things directly when u get a chance to do so..... men and women are just being squeezed into every gap inside the buses and train....The plight of some ladies are really pitiable.....And some other middle age and elderly group of office goers have no other choice but to go along with these sort of difficulties to win their daily bread and butter and safeguard their family interests. Apart from whatever odd situations they face in the offices and business they got to toil again in their journey hours. But to the best of my knowledge i never felt this as a complicated issue earlier all i thought was it is all just because of the lack of proper planning of the logistics by the transport authorities. But with little bit of consideration and approaching the issue more for a more closer analysis one would be able to comprehend the severe complications involved in the issue as far as atleast the major metropolitan cities and towns are concerned.
Yes. I guess by this time you could have made out what is it. Your simple straight guess is very much right the increase in the density of the population confined to very much particular areas of the cities and towns is the pivotal lead to all the problems. Imagine all lakhs and crores of people in the city wants to move out to almost few same areas at same time through the same road and at many a times through same or similar modes of transportation. To find out a solution here without trafficking the routes by allowing too many number of 6 wheelers in the same routes is not a lighter task either. This aggravating problem has been minimised a lot with the aid of lots of flyovers and bridges constructed in the recent years. Especially the one in guindy is gigantic and just gives the driver the feel of driving in newyork town. It is really great.
